Shaker: Julia

Hi! My name is Julia, and I’m from Burlington, Vermont. I grew up sailing and racing on Lake Champlain, where I learned what it means to truly “Love your Lake” (a slogan that’s frequently used to promote taking care of this beautiful body of water). I do my best to share my passion for both sailing and Lake Champlain by coaching a summer sailing team and racing on my high school’s team for the fall and spring. Next year I’ll be a biomedical engineering major and sailing at Tufts.
